  • Company Details:Please provide these exactly as they appear on your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration.
  • Identification:Provide a valid ID (sédula, driver's license, or passport) for both the authorized representative and the power of attorney holder.
  • Files:Upload documents in PDF or JPEG format (maximum 5 MB per file).
  • Mandatory Fields:Fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*) to avoid delays.

Good to know:

  • All mentioned prices include sales tax (OB).
  • You will see an immediate confirmation on your screen after registration.
  • You will receive afterwards an email with your login details and password. You can use these to log in and upload your proof of payment and standing order.(Please also check your spam folder).
